Couldn’t ask for more friendly service, however they were not aware of the necessity to have and include the form 1095-A for people who have insurance thru the Marketplace. I explained to her that my taxes were held up last year because she did not include my form. They certainly need more training on that subject
I was trying to make an appointment to learn about being trained to do taxes, Not to have my taxes prepared. I called the Broad River office over 5X and left numerous msgs and also tried to text and got No reply. I would like t learn to do taxes with your company. Please let me know if this will be possible.
The service I received yesterday was great. When I walked in, the lady was working with a couple and there was another man ahead of me. She apologized for the wait. (She was the only one working at the time.) When she got to me, it did not take long at all. She was super nice. I will consider using M&M Tax- Williamston again.

I contacted the office in May and now its July 26th and I still do not have the returns completed. I am a new customer and my returns are not simple, but 60 days is a little long. Hopefully I will hear something this week on the progress.
