I contacted the office in May and now its July 26th and I still do not have the returns completed. I am a new customer and my returns are not simple, but 60 days is a little long. Hopefully I will hear something this week on the progress.
Loved the automated appointment scheduling! Found the tax preparer to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Everyone was very nice and friendly and completely exceeded my expectations! I went in thinking I was about to pay thousands of dollars to Uncle Sam, but due to some credits and deductions I was unaware of, I ended up GETTING A REFUND! Thank you M & M Tax Service!!

My experience at M & M was wonderful. Jessica did my taxes and she was very nice, polite, and fast. Everyone on the office was very nice . great atmosphere, will be back next year .

Couldn’t ask for more friendly service, however they were not aware of the necessity to have and include the form 1095-A for people who have insurance thru the Marketplace. I explained to her that my taxes were held up last year because she did not include my form. They certainly need more training on that subject

I was trying to make an appointment to learn about being trained to do taxes, Not to have my taxes prepared. I called the Broad River office over 5X and left numerous msgs and also tried to text and got No reply. I would like t learn to do taxes with your company. Please let me know if this will be possible.

This is our third year going to m&m and using Crystal, and she is awesome. Everyone there is kind, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I give them 10 stars!!

The service I received yesterday was great. When I walked in, the lady was working with a couple and there was another man ahead of me. She apologized for the wait. (She was the only one working at the time.) When she got to me, it did not take long at all. She was super nice. I will consider using M&M Tax- Williamston again.
Susan is the best! Didn't take long I was in and out in less that a hour!! Super simple and quick! Got back a great return, wouldn't want to go file anywhere else. Def recommend going here!

I feel so disappointed that they use the bait of advance then they only approve you for less than the amount they charge in fees. What a SCAM! I’ll NEVER do business there again!!!
